Welcome to our web site!

The Chemeketa Chapter of the International Code Council is a group of students, instructors, advisors, and associate members who are dedicated to the acheivement of structural safety and integrity in the building industry. Our primary goal is to provide the guidance and direction to assist tradesmen in the building industry in the safe and energy efficient design and construction of each and every buildings we reside in, work in, worship in, or have any other reason to enter into.

There are thousands of organizations, each with a specific purpose or goal. There are  many reasons why one should consider becoming part of an organization he or she believes in. By creating this web site, we hope to get our message out to a larger audience of people interested in  issues involved in the construction of structurally safe and energy efficient buildings.

Please get in touch with  Michael Wagoner, our newletter editor and webpage master if you have any comments or wish to join our mailing list.  You can contact him at mcwagoner_1999@yahoo.com, or call him at 503-515-6382 or 503-997-7682.
